The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course takes your diving to the next level by advancing your skills and introducing you to a sample of 5 diving specialties - The PADI Advanced Open Water course is like a tasting menu of all the best the world of Scuba Diving has to offer!
Here are a few of the many options: Deep, Digital Underwater Photography, Dive Against Debris, Dry Suit, Enriched Air Nitrox, Fish Identification, Night, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Search & Recovery, Underwater Naturalist, Underwater Navigation, and Wreck Diver.
Take This Course If You Want to
- Have fun while gaining diving experience
- Improve skills like navigation and buoyancy while increasing your maximum depth
- Be introduced to different types of diving like nightdiving, wreckdiving and boatdiving.
You will learn how to

The PADI Advanced Open Water Course always includes at least one deep recreational dive, which is a dive in the range between 18 and 30 metres.

As an added bonus, each specialty dive may be credited toward the relevant PADI specialty certification. For example, if you try a drysuit dive during your Advanced Open Water Diver course and like it, you'll already have one of the two dives required for the PADI Dry Suit Diver certification.
