The Fourth Element Women's Surface Suit is designed for life in the water from diving and freediving to surface watersports, the Surface is made with certified sustainable natural rubber and recycled inner and outer linings.

The minimal design features a mini chest zipper, eliminating the need for a back zip, radically improving mobility and minimizing the opportunity for water to enter the suit through the teeth of the zip. The flexible rubber of the suit provides freedom of movement and the inner ankle and wrist seals ensure that suit flush is minimised.

Perfect for snorkeling and freediving, this suit is also suitable for other sports including stand up paddle boarding and open water swimming due to the unrestricted nature of the design.

Using Yulex Pure™, a 100% plant-based alternative to neoprene, the Surface is lined with recycled polyester made from post-consumer plastic bottles. Seams have been blindstitched and bonded with water-based glue, delivering comfort from a suit designed to have minimal impact on the ocean.

OceanPositive: Yulex Pure™ is FSC® Certified, ultra-pure natural rubber made in the USA. The plants are grown without artificial irrigation systems and the materials are processed with recycled water. Even the waste plant material after the rubber extraction process is used as biomass fuel for electricity generation. The lining fabrics are created from ocean-bound plastic bottles, recycled and spun into polyester yarn. Water-based glues are used to bond the foam to the fabrics and every care is taken to minimize the environmental impact of this product.

Yulex Pure™: Yulex Pure™ is the world’s first high performing, non-sensitizing, 100% plant-based, ultra-pure natural rubber that is FSC® certified, sustainably sourced, certified and proudly produced in the United States of America. The Yulex Pure™ Process removes over 99.9% of natural rubber harmful impurities, including proteins and increases its performance characteristics and physical properties delivering a stronger, more elastic material. Yulex is sustainably grown and harvested, irrigated by ambient rainfall and helps protect the social and economic well being of forest-dependent communities.

Fourth Element Women's General Sizing Charts

Fourth Element is changing how they identify women's garment sizes. They've listened to customer feedback and believe this change will make it easier to identify the size you need and improve your experience overall.

Moving to a universal system (XS, S, M, L etc) from a number system (UK12, US10 etc) will ensure that you can find your perfect size whether you are shopping online or purchasing from our dive store.

During the transition period we will sell garments labelled with either old or new sizing. This might lead to you receiving an item labelled with a different size to your order. Don't worry! The measurements match according to the size guide and you will receive your order with the fit that you want.

This is not a regularly stocked item in our Rye dive shop and is, therefore, a Special Order item. It will be ordered for you from the distributor upon request and typically shipped directly from them to you the same day thus resulting in no delay in delivery.
