Unoflow Divers Quick Coupling Male 276032

The Unoflow Divers Quick Coupling Male 276032 is a self-sealing commercial grade system which allows quick connection and disconnection of low-pressure hookah breathing air supply hoses. Able to be immediately released from the secured position by a single operation of one hand but which is designed to minimise the risk of accidental release.

The male 276032 divers coupling plugs into the Unoflow Divers Quick Coupling Female 276030, which has a rotating safety locking ring at one end. The male 276032 divers coupling has a 1/4-inch BSP Parallel Female thread at the other end. The unit complies with AS2299. This Unoflow quick connection is characterised by a low-pressure drop and maximum flow capacity.

We think the Unoflow product is superior to the equivalent TEMA product. The Unoflow is fully marine-grade Stainless Steel AISI 316, while the TEMA is chrome-plated brass. The Unoflow quick connect is not compatible with the TEMA product.

Hose Configuration: A hookah breathing air hose is normally set up with a Male quick coupling at the compressor end, and a self-sealing Female quick coupling at the diver end. A male quick coupling is also used at the end of the whip hose. Thus when a hose is disconnected the female end self-seals and prevents air loss.
