IST Proline Delta J-1900 BCD - Rear Inflation

While the IST Proline Delta J-1900 BCD is marketed for general use, the lightweight and soft backplate make it a natural fit as a travel-friendly BCD for travelling divers. Available in a single size, and Made in the USA, it fits most divers and delivers superior quality and convenience for more enjoyable diving.

This IST Proline Delta J-1900 BCD features great adjustability to create the perfect fit. The shoulders, chest and waist adapt to broad size ranges and fits most body types between heights 155 cm (5 ft 1 in) to 190 cm (6 ft 3 in). Fabric fasteners at both shoulders are also adjustable and can be placed at different heights on the shoulder strap to keep the hoses in place and create a better fit.

At the back of the BCD an adjustable nylon handle makes transport easy and the two adjustable tank straps adjust to multiple size cylinders.

The IST Proline Delta J-1900 BCD features a 40 lb lift rear inflation bladder for improved stability and horizontal trim at depth with less drag. Unique to the IST Delta is a triangular air cell. While other back inflation BCD with doughnut-shaped air cells can make surface time difficult, the specially shaped IST Delta air cell keeps divers upright at the surface while still allow free and easy movement at depth.

A K-style power inflator provides quick, easy inflation at just the touch of a button. While the 150 cm (60 inch) rubber BCD inflator hose delivers reliability like no other. The slim oval hose provides a lower profile and minimises drag. At the bottom left the pull dump valve release air quickly to maintain neutral buoyancy.

The IST Proline Delta features two stainless steel D-rings for attaching clips or lanyards.

This BCD has weight pockets mounted prominently on the waist belt which feature sturdy zippers and quick-release buckles for easy use in emergencies. The internal weight pockets load super easy from the top, secure well with snap and Velcro fasteners, and dump without hassle. The pockets can be easily secured into position with optional keepers or webbing lock clips.
