The Mares XR Line Cutter Beta Titanium in Pouch is a compact and safe cutting tool with a titanium serrated blade and straight ceramic blade to quickly and easily cut through line and webbing. It was developed for divers, mariners, mountaineers, extreme sports adventurers and rescue service providers who demand a tool that delivers a swift, safe, efficient cut. The design of the Cutter covers the blade so you reduce the risk of cutting yourself or gear accidentally but you can cut through line and webbing quickly but if you need to cut something larger you can open one side to expose the serrated blade.

The Mares XR Hand Line Cutter Beta Titanium comes with a nylon webbing pouch that can be mounted on standard 5.1 cm (2") nylon webbing, making it easy to attach to your BCD, weight belt or other webbing of your equipment.
