The Tektite M3 LED Strobe is a new multifunction strobe with a flashing or steady light mode. Use steady mode as a backup light or area light. Turn on the light. If it is not in the mode you want, quickly turn it off and on to change modes.

The Tektite M3 Strobe takes the best aspects of Tektites Mark III series and Strobe 3500 to create a thin, rugged, powerful LED strobe. Its high-intensity LED strobe produces comparable light output to larger Xenon strobes without a fragile glass strobe tube to break. This LED strobe is crafted from durable ABS and Lexan, is double O-ring sealed, waterproof, and has a depth rating of 300 metres (1,000 ft).>/p>

It will run for over 100+ hours in flashing mode or 20 hours in steady mode on three AA-size alkaline batteries (included) and has a lamp life of 10,000+ hours. Light has a twist on, rotary switch, measures (L x Dia.) 24.77 cm x 3 cm (9.75" x 1.2"), and weighs 226.8 g (8 oz). Light comes with a hook and loop strap and is made in the USA.
