The soft, thick Northern Diver Arctic Base Drysuit Undersuit is a 3-piece Ultra-thermic Fleece Undersuit. The smock top, leggings and socks make a great base layer under your membrane, trilaminate or neoprene drysuit. The name "arctic" is a great description for this undersuit as this base will keep you warm and snug in even the coldest winter dives.
The Northern Diver Arctic Base consists of a fleece thermal top, thermal trousers and thermal socks. It's manufactured from thick ultra-thermic fleece. Thicker fleece is present where extra insulation is needed. Crafted seams ensure the undersuit and socks provide maximum comfort.
The trousers feature a wide, comfortable elasticated waist band with drawstring and ergonomic foot pockets, which ensure optimum leg fit and overall comfort. The fleece sock incorporates a flexible comfort panel on the front and is tailored to the shape of the feet, making them snug and a pleasure to wear.
These suits are absolutely superb. The suit has great thermal properties whilst ensuring that you are still flexible enough to carry out your dive.
Designed for the cooler waters experienced in the UK and suitable for use under a membrane or neoprene drysuit. Constructed with comfort and utility in mind, the minimalist design provides outstanding performance under closer fitting neoprene drysuits.
