The Sonar High Pressure (HP) 7/16 inch Male to 7/16 inch Female UNF adaptor with small bore (approx 2 mm diameter) is used is used as a spacer on high pressure ports. If you need a little more space at your first stage where the HP hose attaches, then the 7/16" to 7/16" high pressure spacer fits the bill.

This adaptor can be used to solve an often seen problem with the remote pressure transmitter on air integrated dive computers. Screwing the transmitter directly in to a HP port can obstruct access to an adjacent port on some first stage designs. This adaptor can be used as a 'stand-off' or spacer, raising the transmitter away from the body of the first stage.

However, if your transmitter needs to be used in combination with an air-spool to make an air-tight connection, then the small bore of this adaptor won't work. You need the Alpha AHA-5 adaptor.

The 7/16"-20 UNF Male end of this spacer adaptor screws into a standard HP port on a first stage regulator.

The 7/16"-20 UNF Female end of this spacer adaptor accepts the 7/16"-20 UNF Male end of a standard HP hoses that normally screws into a standard HP port on a first stage regulator.
