Reef Line Deluxe Marseillaise Rubber Weight Belt - 140cm

The 140 cm long Reef Line Deluxe Marseillaise Rubber Weight Belt is made with French Rubber and features a stainless steel Marseillaise buckle. Because it has been made from a stretch material, the belt automatically tightens up during descent, when it generally loosens due to abdominal pressure and the reduction in the thickness of the wetsuit. Consequently, the belt always fits snugly against the diver in every phase of the dive.

Spearfishing and Freediving takes concentration. Unlike scuba diving, a spearfisherman or freediver can't stop to adjust a loosening weight belt due to wet suit compression at depth. This high-quality French Rubber weight belt with classic Marseilles Buckle allows the serious spearo or freediver to snug up the belt at the surface and forget it while diving. The elastic rubber weight belt is manufactured with a high stretch French Rubber to keep your weights comfortably in proper position during ascents and descents.

The high elastic properties of the belt will contract and compress with your wetsuit during your descent and expand and stretch as your wetsuit expand during ascent keeping your weight belt properly positioned around your hips. The Marseilles Buckle is made of heavy-duty corrosion-resistant stainless steel is attached to the belt with four stainless-steel rivets. It has a tilting check pin that fits into the holes situated at regular intervals along the belt. It features a secure grip and is designed for an easy quick release if necessary.

This 140 cm (55 inch) long weight belt will accept hard slotted block weights or soft pouch weight pockets.
