Cressi Speargun Fishing Reel R50 - 50M

The Cressi Speargun Fishing Reel R50 features an innovative and patented manufacturing technology that makes it easy and comfortable to use. It features a sensitive clutch mechanism and practical bayonet clasp and sits beneath the barrel of the speargun.

If you want to shoot big fish, you need a reel. A large fish can pull your spear gun right out of your hand when it gets shot. The fish will begin to sound and when it does the fishes strength can take you for a ride. This could become a problem very fast without a reel.

The dovetail sleigh hook system to the gun is placed so that the use of the different line-releasing devices is guaranteed. The Cressi Gun Reel is available in two models depending on your line length requirements. There is a R30 30 metres (100 ft) and a R50 50 metres (160 ft) of line, models available and the reels are compatible for use with most Cressi rubber powered spearguns.

Reel is made from durable and corrosion-proof polycarbonate plastic for low maintenance and dependable service. The frame and the central pin are in AISI 316 steel. The drilling on the frame itself allows it to be used also on arbalete spearguns of different brands. The special clutch provides an excellent closing torque.

The assembly system allows for easy maintenance and cleaning. All sizes are equipped with a rewinder ring and size R50 is also equipped with an anti-blocking roller. The models R30 and R50 are equipped with a lightened drum in order to weigh as little as possible on the balance of the speargun.
